健康教育路径在剖宫产产妇围手术期护理中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Health Education Path in Nursing of Cesarean Section Delivery Women during the Perioperative Period

目的对健康教育路径在剖宫产产妇围手术期护理中的临床效果进行观察分析。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在该院实施剖宫产的120名产妇作为该次研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上给予健康教育路径护理,经过护理后对2组产妇的护理效果进行比较。结果 (1)实验组产妇护理满意度93.3%明显优于对照组产妇75.0%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)实验组产妇并发症发生率16.6%明显优于对照组35.0%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径在剖宫产产妇围手术期护理中有着重要的意义,不仅提高了产妇的护理满意度也有效的避免了并发症的发生率,值得在临床中广泛推广和使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of health education path in nursing of Cesarean section delivery women during the perioperative period. Methods 120 cases of delivery women with cesarean section in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the health education path on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group（93.3% vs 75.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group（16.6% vs 35.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health education path is of important significance to the nursing of cesarean section delivery women during the perioperative period, which can not only improve the nursing satisfactory degree but also effectively avoid the incidence rate of complications, and it is worth wide promotion and application in clinic.
