摘要
目的对门诊护理服务持续质量改进中PDCA循环模式的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2014年6月—2015年6月潍坊市人民医院门诊收治的100例患者作为研究对象,对PDCA循环模式实施前后患者护理满意度进行比较,同时取门诊护士28名,比较PDCA循环模式实施前后基础操作合格率。结果对比PDCA循环实施前与实施后后28名护理人员基础操作合格率,实施后就诊指导(96.43%)、消毒隔离(96.43%)、药品器械操作合格率(100.00%)明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA循环模式实施后100例患者在护士仪表、服务态度、门诊环境以及健康教育等各项指标满意度评分上都高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理服务持续质量改进中,PDCA循环模式的应用,对提高护理服务质量以及患者满意度可发挥重要作用,应在护理实践中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation in the continuous quality improvement of outpatient nursing services. Methods 100 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June2015 were selected and the nursing satisfactory degree before and after treatment PDCA circulation was compared, and the 28 cases of clinic nurses were selected and the basic operation qualified rate before and after implementation of PDCA circulation was compared. Results The basic operation qualified rate of 28 cases of nursing staff before and after implementation of PDCA circulation was compared, and the diagnosis guidance rate, disinfection and isolation rate and qualified rate of drug instrument operation were respectively 96.43%, 96.43% and 100.00%, which were obviously higher than those before implementation, and the differences were obvious(P 〈0.05), with statistical significance, and the satisfactory degrees of various indexes such as nurse instrument, service attitude, outpatient environment and health education after the PDCA circulation mode were higher than those before implementation, and the differences were obvious with statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation in the continuous quality improvement of outpatient nursing service can play an important role in improving the nursing service quality and satisfactory degree of patients, and it should be promoted and applied in the nursing practice.
