出院随访强化教育联合自我管理对支气管扩张反复咯血患者劳动能力恢复和生活质量的影响

Effect of Follow-up Enhanced Education after Discharge Combined with Self-management on the Labor Ability Recovery and Quality of Life of Bronchiectasis Recurrent Hemoptysis Patients

目的探讨出院随访强化教育联合自我管理对支气管扩张反复咯血患者生活质量和劳动能力恢复的影响。方法搜集2015年1月—2016年5月期间张家港市第一人民医院呼吸内科收治的支气管扩张反复咯血患者45例,将其分为对照组(n=22)和观察组(n=23)。对照组常规随访教育,观察组在此基础上采用出院随访强化教育联合自我管理。均连续干预3个月,对比分析2组患者生活质量及劳动能力恢复情况。结果干预后2组SF-36各维度评分显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组生活基本自理15例(65.2%),生活不能自理1例(4.3%),对照组生活基本自理7例(31.8%),生活不能自理6例(27.3%),两组劳动能力恢复情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管扩张反复咯血患者实施出院随访强化教育联合自我管理模式有助于其生活质量的提高,同时利于其劳动能力恢复,效果确切,值得临床开展应用。

Objective To study the effect of follow-up enhanced education after discharge combined with self-management on the labor ability recovery and quality of life of bronchiectasis recurrent hemoptysis patients. Methods 45 cases of bronchiectasis recurrent hemoptysis patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group with 22 cases adopted the routine follow-up education,while the observation group adopted the follow-up enhanced education after discharge combined with self-management on the basis of the control group, for the consecutive three months, and the quality of life and labor ability recovery situation were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, various scores of SF-36 of the two groups obviously increased（P〈0.05）, and the index in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, after intervention, 15 cases could take care of themselves（65.2%） and 1 case could not take care of themselves（4.3%）, in the control group, 7 cases could take care of themselves（31.8%）and 6 cases could not take care of themselves（27.3%）, and the difference in the recovery situation of labor ability between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The follow-up enhanced education after discharge combined with self-management for bronchiectasis recurrent hemoptysis patients contributes to improvement of quality of life, and it is conducive to recovery of labor ability and the effect is definite, and it is worth clinical application.
