“互联网+”背景下上海市生产性服务业与制造业协调发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Producer Service Industry and Manufacturing Industry in Shanghai under the Background of “Internet Plus”

在"互联网+"背景下,生产性服务业与制造业的协调发展是我国实现"中国制造2025"的基本保证,对上海市建设全球科技创新中心也具有十分重要的作用。该文利用耦合协调度模型,通过建立相应的指标体系,定量测算了2006-2015年上海市生产性服务业和制造业之间的耦合协调度。测算结果显示,上海市生产性服务业与制造业之间的整体协调度不高,基本处于勉强协调和初级协调的阶段,两者之间的发展仍未形成良性互动。对此,该文提出了促进两者之间协调发展的建议。

Under the background of ＂Internet plus＂, the coordinated development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry is the basic guarantee for China to realize the goal of ＂Made in China 2025＂ and it plays a very important role in Shanghai＇s construction of global science and technology innovation center. By establishing the corresponding index system and adopting the coupling coordination degree model, we quantitatively estimate the coupling coordination degree between the producer service industry and the manu{acturing industry in Shanghai from 2006 to 2015. The results Show that the overall coupling coordination degree between the producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Shanghai is not high, which is basically in the stage of bare coordination and primary coordination. The development between the two is not yet a benign interaction. Suggestions are offered to promote coordinated development between the producer service industry and manufacturing industry.
