A Review of Emergency Simulation Training in the Obstetrics Department

综述了国外产科急诊模拟技能培训现状,包括培训对象、地点、周期、方法、工具及评估方式。提出了建立区域性大型培训中心,完善产科模拟培训方案,开展国家级产科模拟培训课程,开展多学科跨专业培训,为受训者提供安全模拟环境等建议。

The literature review was performed on the research progress of emergency simulation training in the Obstetrics Department, including training object, place, period, methods, tools and assessment. Furthermore, sugges tions were put forward, including the establishment of regional large--scale training center, improvement of the obstet ric simulation training program, to carry out national maternity simulation training courses, to carry out multi--discipli nary cross--professional training, and to provide a safe simulation environment for trainees.
