STP式单点系泊装置中特殊构件的载荷算法研究

摘要 论文以某15万吨FPSO为对象、基于其最大的环境载荷所需系泊力,对其STP式单点系泊系统的锚链、转塔、浮筒等核心构件的载荷算法展开研究,对转塔与浮筒间的滑动式低速重载轴承的设计载荷进行计算和选型设计,研究成果对转塔、浮筒及轴承本身的详细设计和载荷能力有限元分析法所需设定的边界值的算法具有借鉴意义. A 150000 tons of FPSO is taken as the object , based on its biggest environmental load, research on load distribution on core components such as the mooring line , turret , buoy was performed, and design load on the bearing, located between the turret and the buoy and sliding in low speed, was explored. The research is benefit to the design of turret , buoy and the bearing located between them, is benefit to setting boundary for finite element analysis .
