摘要
SPAR平台具有无条件稳性、良好的运动性能、可干式采油等优点,在深水油气田开发中具备优势,但其安装复杂且昂贵,制约了其更广泛的应用.SPAR平台的上部组块安装是其海上安装中最重要且最昂贵的环节之一.在以往的项目中其组块安装多采用吊装方式,需要大型浮吊的支持.但大型浮吊资源极其匮乏且租金昂贵,还会导致海上作业调试时间延长,影响油田开发周期.浮托安装是-种新的组块安装方法,可大大缩减作业时间和安装费用,将它应用到SPAR平台的组块安装上可极大程度地提高SPAR平台的经济性.论文针对南海某大型SPAR平台16000吨组块的双船浮托安装进行研究,从安装总体方案、安装流程、设计准则、分析方法等多方面阐述SPAR上部组块浮托安装设计方法,并对关键工况进行了数值计算和分析,论证SPAR平台组块浮托在我国南海的可行性.目前针对SPAR平台组块浮托安装技术还不成熟,各方面的研究仍在进行.研究南海大型SPAR平台组块浮托的安装设计十分必要,对SPAR浮托技术的发展以及SPAR平台在我国南海的应用具有十分积极的作用.
Spar platform is of several merits such as unconditional stability, good global performance, and dry tree production, over other types of offshore oil/gas production platforms. However, its complicated and costly installation limits its wider application in industry. The topside installation is the most critical and expensive phase during spar^ whole installation process. The common installation approach of topside is module lifting by a heavy crane,which is hard to rent and also quite expensive due to the scarce source. In addition,module lifting approach needs a long period of time for topside installation and commission, which increases the duration of field development. Floatover technique is a new topside installation method to reduce both operational time and installation cost. Its application on spar topside installation can greatly improve economy of a spar platform. This paper addresses twin-barge floatover installation of the topside, weighting 16,000 tons, for a spar platform in the South China Sea. The floatover design methodology is discussed in several aspects including general arrangement, installation procedure, design criteria, and analysis method. Numerical analysis is performed for several key loading conditions, to verify the feasibility of using the floatover installation of topside for a spar platform in the South China Sea.
