浮托安装设计及其规范的应用

摘要 近几年,海工使用浮托安装法已成功安装完成十几座平台,本文以荔湾3-1组块为例,阐述浮托安装技 术及其规范的应用.荔湾3-1组块采用的是T型驳高位浮托安装技术,其浮托安装船“海洋石油229”是世界上第二大的T型下水驳. 论文详细叙述T型驳髙位浮托安装技术,包括T型下水驳、组块支撑架D S F、就位锚泊 系统、护舷系统、进船系统、耦合对接装置LMU、组块分离装置DSU、快速调载系统、定位监控系统、运动监控系统、环境监控系统,以及浮托安装规范在安装设计中的应用. For the past few years, many types of topside have been successful ly installed by COOEC using float- over installation method. This report takes the project of Liwan 3-1 as an example to introduce the float-over installation design and application of guidelines. The topside was installed by using hi-deck float-over technique, and the float-over barge is Haiyangshiyou229s the second largest T-shaped launch barge in the world. This paper will introduce the hi-deck float-over technique in detail, including T-shaped launch barge, deck supporting frame, mooring system, fender system, entry system, leg mating units, deck separating units, rapid ballasting system, positioning monitor system, motion monitor system, environment monitor system, etc., with application of guidelines on float-over installation in the installation design included.
