摘要
被称为海洋金属的钛合金,具有独特的耐海水腐蚀、冲蚀性能.论文通过全面探讨钛合金管用作油井管 的材料优势,针对钛合金管材独特的力学、机械性能,在特殊螺纹设计开发、酸化缓蚀剂研究开发等方面开 展系统研究,解决了一系列技术难题,成功开发出钬合金油井管,为我国高腐蚀环境下管材选用和深层油气 开发提供了一种具有战略意义的新型材料.
Titanium alloys,known as marine metals,have unique properties in both corrosion resistance and erosion resistance. The material advantage of the OCTG (Oil County of Tubular Goods) through a comprehensive study of titanium alloy tube for development of special thread design,and acidification,a series of technical problems has been solved. Successful development of titanium alloy OCTG provides a new type of material, which has strategic significance for the selection of materials in severe corrosion environment in deep oil and gas development.
