立柱作为石油平台的重要组成部分,在整个平台结构中起到承上启下的至关重要的作用.在实际组对对 接过程中错皮的现场时有发生,错皮产生后,影响焊接质量以及项目工期.论文主要介绍参考钢桩接桩的焊 接方法,设计类似的衬垫板,焊接在立柱内部,可以起到调节错皮,提高焊接质量的作用.此方法可以有效 解决焊接错皮产生的焊接质量低下的问题,同时节约大量的施工时间以及人员返工的费用,可为其他的立柱 对接提供必要参考.

As an important part of the oil platform, the column plays a vital role in the whole structure of the platform. Mismatch of the column will impact welding quality and the duration of the project. This paper introduces the welding practice of the referenced pile, and design of similar liner plates. Welding inside the column can play the role of adjusting the mismatch, improve the quality of welding. By this method the problem of low welding quality caused by welding mismatch can effectively be solved,while a lot of construction time and cost of labors can be saved, and the necessary reference for other pillars is provided.
