浅析双介质滤器仪控系统的优化策略

摘要 着眼于日趋严峻的安全环保形势和日益增加的油田生产污水处理量,针对海洋石油大型生产设施中污水 处理的重要设备“双介质滤器”的控制系统进行了优化设计与方案探讨.简要地阐述了双介质滤器仪控系统的 设计理念,并结合现场实际情况,针对不同设备状态提出了基于S7-300PLC控制系统的几种优化策略供于生 产方选择,以此确保生产污水处理系统的安全性、稳定性与可靠性. Circumstances of environmental protection and safety are increasingly rigorous due to increasingly produced water from oil field. The dual media filter, key equipment for produced water treatment, is commonly used in laige offshore oil production facilities. Optimal design and scheme of the control system in the dual media filter are carried out. Alternative design philosophies and optimization strategies on the control system of the dual media filter are provided for different kinds of equipment and field situations. Optimization strategies based on S7-300 PLC are used to improve security, stability and reliability of the produced water treatment system.
