单点卸油系统大口径海底管道水击压力分析

摘要 单点卸油系统大口径海底管道的应用是今后海洋油气工程发展的趋势之一,在长距离大口径管道的运行 中,预防水击发生是管道系统安全运行的重要保证.论文具体结合茂名石化3 0万吨级单点系泊输油海底管 道的工程实例,对此类型的管道水击问题进行了分析研究,提出了一系列有效预防水击发生的措施及建议,对于开展单点卸油系统大口径海底管道的水击研究具有一定的意义. Application of large diameter Subsea pipeline in oil unloading system with single point mooring is one of the development tendency of ocean oil and gas engineering. In operation process, prevention of water hammer in a long pipeline with a large diameter is important. In this article , with the 300000 D WT - single point mooring oil submarine pipeline engineering by Mao Ming Company of SEMOPEC taken as an example, water hammer problem in this type of pipeline is analyzed. A series of effective measures and suggestions is put forward to prevent water hammer, which has certain significance for the research of water hammer in submarine pipeline with large diameter.
