在2016年底召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议上,习近平总书记在讲话中提出"要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程"。中小学作为落地"立德树人"使命的重要阵地,需要运用学科专业思维,进一步加强师德师风建设,提升教师队伍的整体素质。同时,教师育人应巧妙点拨,润物无声,探索智慧应对青少年道德困境的有效途径,进而通过课程改革和教学创新,带动人才培养模式的转型,为破解儿童青少年创新培养难题提供多种可能。

In the 2016 national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities held at the end of 2016,President XI Jinping,make an important point that＂to uphold High Value Moral Education and People Cultivation as the key link,and to take the ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching＂.As an important position in the mission of High Value Moral Education and People Cultivation,primary and secondary schools need to use disciplinary thinking to further strengthen the construction of teachers＇ morality,and improve the overall quality of the teachers＇ team.At the same time,it is important to explore an effective way to confront the moral dilemma of youth.Then drive to the transformation of talent cultivation mode through curriculum reform and teaching innovation,so as to provide multiple possible solutions to solve the problems in the cultivation of children＇s innovation.
