摘要 传统的钻井防喷器侧门和壳体采用多个大螺栓连接,并且多为手动锁紧闸板,更换闸板时间长,自动化程度低,已不满足现代钻井作业对防喷器的性能要求。为此,研制了FZ35-70C快开侧门式闸板液压锁紧防喷器。对防喷器的总体方案进行了设计,对承载件采用接触分析,在保证强度的基础上,对其结构进行了优化,并对其进行了厂内和现场试验。试验结果表明:该防喷器开关反应灵敏,动作准确,完全满足设计要求,且操作简单,自动化程度高,减轻了工人的劳动强度。该防喷器的研制成功为液压闸板防喷器结构的进一步优化提供了参考。 The bonnet and the shell of traditional drilling BOP is connected with a number of large bolts,and provided with manual locked ram,resulting in time consuming ram replacement and low automation degree,which could no longer satisfy the requirements of modern drilling operations on the BOP. In view of this,Model FZ35-70 C hydraulic locking ram BOP with quick bonnet opening has been developed. The overall scheme of the BOP has been designed. The contact analyses have been carried out on the load bearing parts. On the basis of the strength ensuring,the structure was optimized and tested in the factory and field. The results show that the BOP has a sensitive open and close response and accurate action,fully meet the design requirements with simple operation and high automation degree,which reduces the labor intensity of workers. The successful development of the BOP provides a reference for the further optimization of the structure of the hydraulic ram BOP.
