摘要 目前连续管注入头驱动方式在实际使用过程中均存在一定的缺陷。为弥补这些缺陷,同时提高注入头的使用性能,从注入头的结构特征和运转特性着手,在阐述各种驱动方式的基础上进行优化设计,提出了一种基于液压辅助的柔性同步驱动系统。运转及测试研究结果表明:柔性同步驱动系统可彻底杜绝未夹持连续管状态下运转注入头而出现链条单边转的现象,更便于链条维护、夹持块更换及连续管穿管操作。改进后的驱动方式在保留现有优点的情况下,链条运转同步性更好,连续管作业机在实际作业过程中的深度计量更准确,有效保证了连续管作业机的安全施工。 At present,there are some defects in the actual use of coiled tubing injector head drive method. In order to address these defects and improve the performance of the injector head,focusing on the structural characteristics of the injector head and operational characteristics,the optimal design has been conducted based on the knowledge of various driving methods,and a hydraulic auxiliary flexible synchronous drive system has been put forward. Through the operation and test study,it is shown that the improved injector head drive system can completely eliminate the phenomenon of single-side rotation of the chain when running injector head without clamping the coiled tubing,which is easier for chain maintenance,clamping block replacement and coiled tubing inserting. The improved drive mode,without compromising the previous advantages,has better synchronization,and can improve the accuracy of depth measurement during the coiled tubing operation and effectively guarantee the operation safety.
