摘要 同心管冲砂方式可以有效解决低压力系数、易污染和易漏失油藏的冲砂技术难题,自封型隔器是实现同心管冲砂方式的关键部件。为了克服常规皮碗状橡胶自封封隔器易发生砂卡事故及寿命短的技术弊端,研制了新型Z331同心管用囊状自封封隔器。通过对封隔器的结构设计及囊状橡胶密封圈的有限元数值模拟,研究了囊状自封封隔器的工作特性、密封有效性及冲砂作业适用性能。现场应用结果表明:封隔器耐磨性强,能够实现长期有效密封,且能有效控制砂阻和砂卡管柱,提高了冲砂效率。囊状自封封隔器可在油田低压力系数漏失井或敏感地层中推广应用,具有良好的经济效益。 The concentric tubing sand washing can effectively address the sand washing problems in low-pressure coefficient,easy pollution and easy lost reservoirs. The self-sealing packer is the key component for the concentric tubing sand washing operation. In order to overcome the sanding in problem commonly encountered by conventional self-sealing rubber packer,a novel Z331 capsule-like self-sealing packer for concentric tubing has been developed. Based on the structural design of the packer and the finite element numerical simulation of the capsule rubber seal ring,the working characteristics,sealing effectiveness and the sand washing applicability of the selfsealing packer have been studied. Field application results show that the developed packer has a high wear resistance to achieve long-term effective sealing,and can achieve effective sand control,improving the efficiency of sand washing. The capsule-like self-sealing packer for concentric tubing can be used in lost circulation wells with low formation pressure coefficient or sensitive formation,providing good economic benefits.
