摘要
采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和访谈法,对吉林省部分高校现有体育课程体系进行调查和分析。结果显示:当前高校体育课程存在定位不准,教育教学理念陈旧、不符合时代特征;课程目标不清,过于夸大整体效应;课程内容体系庞杂,主体不明确;课程的实施体系混乱,效果欠佳;课程评价体系单一,缺乏发展性评价、多元性评价和互动式评价等诸多问题。本文通过分析和研究,提出高校体育在终身体育教育理念下,应构建以终身体育教育为核心目标;以学生全面发展为根本,增强学生体质为关键;积极培养学生良好的体育行为和习惯,健康的体育精神和个性品格为基本任务的新课程体系,使高校体育真正回归能够促进学生身心全面、健康、可持续发展的终身体育教育过程。
The investigation and analysis of P E curriculum system in some universities and colleges in Jilin province are carried out by using questionnaire, literature and interview surveys, whose findings show the orientations of the subjects are not targeted, educational and teaching concepts are not updated and are not geared with the features of the times; the curriculum targets are not clear enough, the overall effects are overstated, and the assessment systems are not variable, lacking development assessment, multiple assessment or mutual assessment as far as PE courses in universities and colleges are concerned.Through the analyses and studies,a life-long PE education system which regards life-long P E education concepts as the central goal, to actively develop students in a comprehensive way as the essence, to strengthen them physically as the key, to cultivate students with good physical behavior and habits, healthy sports spirits and individual personalities as the basic task so as to promote the students to develop themselves in the course of the comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development life-long PE education.
