Patent Strategy of International Industrial Chain Under Asymmetric Conditions and Deepening the Supply-Side Structural Reform——An Statistical Analysis Based on the Questionnaire Data of Enterprises in Seven Provinces/Cities of China

本文基于全国具有代表性的七省市企业专利战略及知识产权保护状况调查数据,运用统计方法分析中国国际专利战略实施特点、问题及原因,从非对称条件下国际产业链专利战略视角出发,探讨国际产业链的研发链端、制造链端和市场链端分别实施精准专利战略的构想及措施,以找到高端供给突破口,扩大有效和中高端供给。通过做好供给侧结构性改革的"加法",实现深化供给侧结构性改革的目标。

Based on the survey data of patent strategy and intellectual property protection in seven provinces and cities nationwide, this paper analyzes the characteristics, problems and causes of China＇s international patent strategy implementation by statistical meth- ods. From the perspective of international industry chain patent strategy under asymmetric conditions, it discusses the conception and measures of implementing precise patent strategy in the R＆D chain, manufacturing chain and market chain of the international industry chain in order to find the breakthrough of high-end supply and expand effective and high-end supply.
