移动互联网企业用户参与创新及其成果转化研究:以智能手机企业为例

Innovation Participation of Mobile Internet Enterprises Users and Its Achievements Transformation:Taking Smartphone Enterprises as Examples

结合"门径"管理方法和漏斗模型构建移动互联网企业用户参与创新及其成果转化模型:社区中拥有信息反馈、评测、技术三种能力的用户参与创新及其成果转化的不同阶段;企业通过其创新需求、管理能力、技术支持对用户参与创新及其成果转化产生影响。通过对智能手机企业线上用户社区的多案例比较研究发现,信息、设计、生产三种属性用户构成主要的创新型用户,不同类型用户通过各自的能力参与适合的创新活动;用户的角色加速转化,用户创新成为企业开放创新网络的重要主体;社区呈模块化发展,并逐步规范,成为用户创新的可靠载体。

This paper illustrates the construction of a model on users participating in innovation and their achievements transformation of the mobile Internet enterprises, in which the ＂Stage-Gate＂ management method and the Funnel Model are applied： Different stages of the users, who own the capabilities of information feedback, evaluation and technique, participating innovation and its achievements＇ transformation in this community; through their own innovative demands, management capabilities and technical supports, the enter- prises would have an impact on users＇ participation in innovation and the transformation of users＇ achievements. Through a multi-case comparative study on the online user community of smartphone enterprise, it is found that those ones with three attributes of informa- tion, design and production constitute the main innovative users, and each type of them participates in the appropriate innovation activ- ities according to their respective competencies. User innovation has been an important subject of enterprises＇ open innovation network,with the accelerated transformation of the user＇s role. The user community is modularized and gradually standardized, which will turn in- to a reliable carrier of user innovation.
