环境对钢焊缝内部缺陷超声波检测影响研究

摘要 钢构件之间多采用焊接连接.现场施焊过程中,处于不利的施焊环境时,易产生焊缝缺陷.近年来,超声波检 测技术以其方便高效的特点在无损检测中得到了普遍应用.本文通过试验研究环境因素对钢焊缝内部缺陷超声波 检测的影响.研究结果表明,环境因素对钢焊缝内部缺陷超声波检测的影响是不能忽略的.实际检测的恶劣环境,可 能是导致漏检的主要原因. Welded connection is often used in steel structures. In the process of site operation, the weld defects are easy to occur when the welding environment is unfavorable. In recent years, ultrasonic testing technology has been widely used in nondestructive testing because of its convenience and efficiency. This paper investigates the effect of environment on ultrasonic inspection of internal defects in steel welds through tests. The results show that the influence of environmental factor on ultrasonic inspection of internal defects in steel welds cannot be ignored. The unfavorable environment in site operation may be the main reason of missing detection.
