钢筋腐蚀无线检测传感器感应距离特性研究

摘要 钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋腐蚀是影响混凝土结构耐久性和安全性最主要的因素之一,基于 LG谐振原理的钢 筋腐蚀无线检测技术比传统的钢筋检测技术在智能化和实时监测具有更大的优势.而目前的成品传感器的感应距 离有限,无法满足实际应用.本文基于LC振荡电路和电子射频技术设计了磁耦合谐振式无线感应试验装置,通过对 比实验方法,研究了感应距离与电感、电容、线径、线圈直径之间的关系.研究发现,电感和线圈直径对感应效果的影 响较大,可以采取增大直径和调节两线圈电感的方法增加传感器的感应距离. The steel reinforcement corrosion in reinforced concrete structure is one of the most important factors influencing on concrete structure durability and safety, steel corrosion wireless detection technology has more ad-vantages than the traditional steel detection technology in the intelligent and real-time monitoring. In this paper, RF magnetic coupled resonant wireless sensing device was designed based on the the LC oscillation circuit and electronic technology. By comparing the experimental method, the relationship between the induction distance and the inductance and capacitance, wire diameter, coil diameter was studied. It is found that the inductance and coil diameter have a great influence on the effect of induction and we can increase the sensor distance by in-creasing the diameter and adjusting the inductance of the two coils.
