摘要
南京某科学培训中心,建造于20世纪90年代.因后期结构改造的需要,为确保其抗震性能和安全使用要 求,按现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023-2009)的要求对其进行了现场检测及抗震鉴定.该文介绍了该 建筑物结构检测与抗震鉴定的详细过程.现场结构检测部分包括现有结构体系及平面布置的核查、材料强度的检 测、结构损伤情况的检查以及与耐久性内容相关的检测.同时,根据现行相关国家规范的要求,对该建筑物进行了抗 震构造措施的核查和抗震承载能力的验算与分析.最后,对该建筑物的结构抗震性能做出了综合评定,并提出该工 程的后期处理建议,为结构的正常安全使用提供依据,也为同类结构的工程鉴定与加固提供借鉴.
A science training center in Nanjing was constructed in 1990s. Due to the need of structure renovation in the later period, in order to ensure the anti-seismic capacity and safety requirements for using , site measure-ment and seismic evaluation were carried on according to Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings(GB 50023- 2009). In this paper structure detection and seismic appraisal process is introduced in detail. The local structure detection included the existing structure and layout verification, strength of materials, damage inspection of the structure and durability related content detection. At the same time, according to the current national standard, anti-seismic structural measures and seismic bearing capacity of the building were checked and analyzed. Finally the seismic capacity of the building was made a comprehensive assessment. According to the status evaluation of this structure, the post-processing suggestions were put forward to provide basis for the ordinary usage and pro-vide a reference for the identification and reinforcement of similar structures.
