摘要
南京某商业广场由于经营活动的需要,在原有地下室-层位置处增设游泳池,导致结构上存在局部楼板大 开洞的情况,因此,需要对楼板开洞给周边相关范围地下室结构的影响程度进行分析.本文介绍了计算分析的详细 过程,包括ANSYS和 ETABS两种有限元计算对比模型的建立,主要受影响构件内力计算结果的分析,地下室外墙、 周边楼边及框架柱等结构构件的承载力验算.依据计算分析的结果,该区域结构构件的承载能力和正常使用状态均 可以满足规范要求,并具有-定的结构安全富余度.
Due to business activities,a swimming pool is built on the basement one of a commercial plaza in Nanjing,it leads to the existence of large local openings in the structure. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influence of the opening of the floor on the surrounding structure. This paper introduces the detailed process of calculation and analysis, including the establishment of two finite element calculation model of ANSYS and ETABS, analysis of internal force calculation results of main affected members and checking of bearing capacity of structural members such as basement exterior walls, surrounding floor and some frame columns. According to the results of calculation and analysis,not only the bearing capacity and normal service state of the structural members in this region not only can meet the requirements of the codes,but also has a certain degree of struc-tural safety surplus.
