摘要
该项目为某高校体育馆改造设计,项目设计阶段进行了多方案比较:( 1)新增三层房屋与原有框架设置抗震 缝脱开;( 2)与原有场馆形成-整体结构.综合建筑使用功能并考虑改善原有结构抗震性能最终选用了第二种结构 方案.该工程采用碳纤维、外包钢、粘钢等常规方法进行加固,其中三层楼面( 10.75 m标髙)设计时,南面增设3.0 m 尺寸阳台(详见平面图纸),原有外圈框架梁需要重新浇筑,考虑到框架梁的重要性,通过保留原有梁面钢筋,保证新 浇筑梁与框架柱之间的有效连接.
The paper introduced the structural reform design of a university gymnasium. The design carried out multiple schemes and ch ose between two main schemes as follows. Scheme A is the new 3- storey building is d is-connected from the original frame, and scheme B is the new building is connected to the original one to form a whole. In order to perfect architectural functions and to improve se ism ic performance of the original building, scheme B was ch o sen. Carbon fiber strengthening method, externally wrapping shaped steel method and steel- plate gluing method were practiced in the de sign process. The architectural design required to add 3-meter long south terrace on the third floor(elevation equals 10.75 m), so that the original outer frame beams n e eded to be re- casted with the new terrace structure. Considering the importance of frame beams, the top reinforcement bars of the original frame beams were preserved to guarantee the effect iven e s s of the bonding between newly casted structure and the original structure.
