建设工程不再单单依靠新建,更多的转向于既有建筑物的加固与改造.加固改造潮流的兴起,一方面是由于 现有建筑物结构状况依旧良好或者结构存在有在一定范围内可纠正的结构安全隐患,在进行一定加固改造的前提 下可以满足正常的使用要求或消除结构安全隐患,所以没有拆除重建的必要;另一方面部分建筑物的历史价值决定 了其拆除重建的不现实性,只能进行原状修复.种种因素都在迫使工程设计人员在实践中去探索尝试各种加固改造 新技术,目前国内外的加固技术的发展都呈现出积极的趋势,对于建筑物的加固改造形成了一套较为成熟的体系.

Thanks to the constant development and progress of social economy, Chinese construction engineering turns to the reinforcement and transformation of existing buildings rather than merely depend on newly construc-tion. The rise of reinforcement and transformation, on the one hand, is because that the structure of existing building maintains well or the structure carries the potential risk that can be corrected within certain scope; that is to say,the reirrforcement and transformation can meet their use requirement or eliminate structural potential risk, so it is unnecessary to dismantle for reconstruction. On the other hand, the historical value of some buildings determines that it is unrealistic to dismantle for reconstruction but just repair in original state. All these reasons force engineering designers to explore and try various reinforcement and transformation new technologies in prac-tice. At present, the development of domestic and overseas reinforcement technologies present positive trend, where a relatively mature system of building reinforcement and transformation is formed.
