框架结构医药建筑提载加固综合改造技术

摘要 为了实现框架结构楼面荷载成倍数提髙的功能改造要求,提出了一种提载加固方案:楼板次梁间增设型钢 梁减小板跨,次梁采用高强螺栓和节点板锚固在主梁,主梁整体包钢加固,主梁底部增设叠合型钢梁,梁柱节点增设 钢牛腿外包混凝土牛腿的上部结构综合改造方案,同时对下部框架柱增加混凝土截面加固,地坪和承载粧基采用锚 杆静压桩施工.应用通用有限元软件对复杂加固结构体系进行空间整体建模并分析了加固后的力学效应;提出了小 空间、分节段柱增大截面施工方法,型钢结构和混凝土结构共同受力解决方案,大直径结构金刚石钻头精确钻孔施 工技术,穿越深厚砂质粉土锚杆静压桩施工解决方案,验证了加固效果和方案的可行性. In order to realize functional renovation requirements for multiple loads on floor,this paper put for-ward a load reinforcement scheme floor beam type steel plate is additionally arranged between reduced cross beams,using high-strength bolts and anchor node plate in the main girder,the overall steel reinforcement on main beam,beam bottom is provided with the superimposed beam,beam column joints is the comprehensive transformation of upper structure of steel corbel bracket concrete scheme,at the same time on the lower frame column concrete floor and increasing section reinforcement. The construction of anchor pile and static pile are used in the ground and bearing pile foundation. The application of finite element software is used for complex re-inforcing structure of space overall modeling and we analysis of the mechanical effect after reinforcement. The small space, segmental column section enlarging construction method of steel structure and concrete structure stress solution, construction technology of large diameter drilling precise structure diamond drill bit, through deep sandy silt soil anchor pile construction scheme,verify the feasibility of reinforcement effect and program.
