商业体综合加固改造若干问题探究

Research on several problems of comprehensive reinforcement and reconstruction of commercial bodies

为了满足商业综合体使用功能改造改变后的加固设计施工要求,如在原中庭部位新增钢结构楼层和扶梯改 造,结合苏州某大型商场加固改造实例,采用盈建科结构计算软件对结构的改造前后进行受力分析,讨论了大型商 场在加固改造过程中应考虑的若干关键问题,包括加固改造方案、水下植筋、单侧包钢加固柱、钢结构楼层的温度变 形、汽车吊轮压对地下室顶板的抗冲切等问题.该工程的成功实践,可供同类加固改造工程参考.

In order to meet the commercial complex function transformation after the change of reinforcement de- sign and construction requirements, such as in the original site of the new steel floor atrium and escalator trails- formation, taking a large mall in Suzhou retrofitting as example, using surplus of structure before and after the transformation of the structure stress analysis calculation software, discussing some key issues which should be considered in large shopping malls during the reinforcement and reconstruction process, including reinforcement scheme, underwater bar and unilateral strengthened column of steel structure, floor deformation temperature, crane wheel pressure on the basement roof punching etc.. The successful practice of this project can be referred to the similar reinforcement and reconstruction project.
