对某公园综合用房砖砌体结构主体封顶后南北向横墙出现严重斜裂缝,东西向内纵墙与横墙交接处门洞边 出现竖向裂缝的产生原因进行调查分析.在此基础上,根据现场具体情况,提出安全可靠、有针对性、可操作的加固 处理方法.加固处理后经后期房屋沉降和墙面裂缝观测,加固效果良好.

This article analyzes the causes of the diagonal cracks on the north-south transverse wall and the ver-tical cracks on the junctions of vertical and transverse wall of a masonry building in a park after the main struc-ture capped. On this basis, the safe, targeted and reliable reinforcement program are proposed. After the rein- forcement treatment, the settlement and wall cracks were observed and the effect was good.
