Discussion on Optimization of Smart Terminal Aided LWA Aggregation

为了对LWA(LTE/WLAN)聚合技术方案进行探讨,在阐述双连接技术实现的基础上,分析了3GPP标准组织提出的LWA聚合方案在LTE网络布署中涉及的新增接口、网络结构调整等难点,提出了基于智能终端辅助并在应用层进行数据聚合的LWA优化方案思路,简化了现有LWA方案的应用部署,对双连接技术在不同RAT技术聚合应用有参考意义。

In order to discuss LWA aggregation technique, the realization of dual connection was elaborated. The difficulties of newly added interface and network structure revolved of LWA aggregation technique proposed by 3GPP in LTE network deployment were expounded. A smart terminal aided LWA optimization solution which aggregates data on the application layer was proposed. The proposed solution simplifies the application deployment of the existing LWA technique and has the referential significance to dual connection technique in the different applications of RAT technique aggregation.
