摘要
以草莓"红颜"品种为试验材料,叶面喷施浓度800倍液、600倍液、400倍液的海藻肥,以喷施清水作为对照,处理后的第7 d、14 d、21 d分别进行取样测定。结果表明:在试验浓度范围内,海藻肥浓度与草莓营养生长和果实发育之间基本呈正相关关系,其中以400倍液对草莓的影响最大,叶片大小、果实重量、叶绿素、可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物的含量,以及SOD活性酶、POD活性酶和CAT活性酶均较对照显著提高。
In this study,strawberry " Hongyan" varieties are used as test materials,seaweed fertilizer spraying concentration are 800 times,600 times,and 400 times,spraying water is a control. After treatment of 7 d,14 d,and 21 d,samples are measured respectively. The results show that in the test concentration range,seaweed fertilizer concentration and strawberry vegetative growth and fruit development is a positive correlation,of which,400 times concentration showed the maximum impact on the strawberry,including leaf size,fruit weight,chlorophyll and soluble sugar content of soluble solid,SOD enzyme activity,POD and CAT activity of the enzyme activity of the enzyme significantly increased compared with the control.
