预制板楼(屋)盖整体性分析与加固措施

Analysis and Strengthening Measures of Integrity of Floor and Roof System

针对地震中预制板楼(屋)盖砖混结构大量倒塌、预制板坍塌破坏相当严重的现象,对预制板楼(屋)盖的水平刚度及整体性、坍塌原因进行分析,得出水平刚度的不足是导致该类结构破坏的重要原因。然后对预制板楼(屋)盖整体性的增强措施进行详细介绍,并结合工程应用,对各种加固方法的优缺点进行对比。最后重点介绍某纵横墙承重的预制板楼(屋)盖砖混结构教学楼的抗震加固方案,给出板底喷射聚合物改性水泥砂浆-钢筋网面层加固的构造做法,可供同类工程参考。

In consideration of a large number of brick-concrete structural buildings involving precast slab floor and roof system collapsed and the precast slab seriously damaged in the earthquake,this paper analyzed the horizontal stiffness,integrity,and the collapse reason for the precast slab floor and roof system,and it was deduced that the insufficient horizontal stiffness was the vital reason for the failure of this kind structure. Then the measures to strengthen the integrity of the precast slab floor and roof system were introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the measures were compared combining with practical engineering. The paper finally stressed on the seismic strengthening scheme for a brick-concrete structural teaching building comprising precast slab floor and roof system,and then the formation for the method of spraying cement mortar modified by polymer combined with steel fabric,which provided as a reference for similar engineering.
