摘要
通过研究毛纺厂生产车间在质量、产量、节棉、用电及安全管理等方面的经验,分析当前存在的问题。通过优化新型纺专件,提高产量,加快生产进度;通过积极开展节棉和节电工作,降低生产成本;通过分析质量问题原因,制定有效的改进技术措施,杜绝此类质量问题再次出现。认为:通过各种措施的实施,抓细化管理,提高了生产效率和产品质量,降低了成本费用,解决了各种不利因素,对毛纺企业提高产品质量及可持续发展起到了助推作用。
This paper discussed the main technical measures to improve the output and quality of woollen mill. It also introduced the current experience in the management of quality,production,cotton,electricity and safety,analyzed the existing problems,improved the production and accelerates the production progress by optimizing the new spinning parts. Through the active development of cotton and saving work,it also reduced the cost of production; through the analysis of the reasons for quality problems,it developed effective technical measures to prevent such a quality problem again. The result showed that through the implementation of the above measures,the grasp of refinement management improved production efficiency and quality,reduced the costs,resolved a variety of unfavorable factors,and promoted the development to be more sustainable and with higher quality in enterprise.
