摘要
国内现有的毛织物掉毛量测试方法主要针对织物穿着过程中的干态摩擦掉毛,毛织物洗涤过程中掉毛量的测试还处于空白状态,目前尚无任何国家标准或行业标准。文章介绍了一种较为实用的毛织物洗涤过程中掉毛量的测试方法,将测试样品用特殊材质的口袋布包覆后进行洗涤,通过称取洗涤前后口袋布的质量差来计算测试样品的掉毛量。采用该方法对4种毛织物洗涤过程中的掉毛量进行测试,同时选取2种毛织物手洗作为对照,结果表明该方法具有较好的稳定性和可重复性。
The existing test method of wool fabric hair loss mainly for fabric friction in the dry state,there are no national standards or industry standards about the testing method of wool fabric hair loss during washing. This paper introduces a more practical method of wool fabric hair loss during washing,covered the samples with special pocket cloth and washed,by weighing the difference before and after washing to calculate the hair loss of samples. Using the method to test four kinds of wool fabric by choosing two kinds of wool fabric washed by hand as samples. The results show that the method has good stability and repeatability.
