在国内和国际市场不景气的大环境下,我国羊绒产业发展面临严峻的挑战,为了找出羊绒产业发展中存在的问题,寻找产业发展路径,深入我国羊绒主要加工集散中心宁夏灵武市进行实地调研,走访相关部门和企业,结合多年从事产业监管工作的经验和专业知识,深入分析我国羊绒产业现状,从羊绒产品健康、高档、时尚的特质出发,借鉴国内外产业发展的经验,在相关部门、企业、检验检测机构等维度提出了客观可行的具体举措。

The research was implemented in Lingwu where was a cashmere processing and distributing center in China,in order to find the problems of the downturn in the domestic market and international market, and discover the path from the development of cashmere industry. Chinese cashmere industry was analyzed by visiting the government departments and related enterprises and combining with years of experience in industrial supervision and professional knowledge. After learning from the domestic and foreign cashmere industry developing experience of cashmere product with health,high-end,fashion and pure characteristics,testing agencies and other suggestions were given to the government,enterprises.
