探讨2型糖尿病临床治疗中甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈的应用

Study on Application of Insulin Glargine and Repaglinide in Clinical Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者接受甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月该院收治的96例2型糖尿病患者进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受了诺和灵30R治疗,观察组接受甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。统计两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率是95.8%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是77.1%,两组的临床治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胰岛素使用量和低血糖发生率对比差异有统计学意义,观察组数据的优越性更加突出(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素和瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果优于诺和灵,可以提升治疗效果,降低血糖发生率,临床可以推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of insulin glargine and repaglinide in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes and provide reliable basis for the clinical treatment. Methods 96 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with novolin 30 R, while the observation group were treated with insulin glargine and repaglinide, and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was counted. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively95.8% and 77.1%, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the differences in the insulin dosage and hypoglycemia between the two groups were statistically significant, and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of insulin glargine and repaglinide in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes is better than that of novolin, which can improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence rate of blood glucose, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
