功能性胃肠病罗马Ⅳ诊断标准解读 被引量：28

摘要 功能性胃肠病（ finctional gastrointestinal disorders , FGIDs） ,又称肠脑互动异常,是一组因动力紊乱、内脏高敏感、黏膜免疫功能改变、肠道菌群改变、中枢神经系统处理功能异常等因素引起的以腹痛、恶心呕吐、腹泻便秘、难以排出食物或粪便为特征的非器质性消化道紊乱性疾病. 为帮助医生及研究者理解此疾病病理生理并作出确切诊断,进而作出有效治疗决策,近几十年来,相继制定了罗马标准,即1994年的罗马Ⅰ标准,1999年的罗马Ⅱ标准,2006年的罗马Ⅲ标准及2015年的罗马Ⅳ标准.
