全国教育信息化示范区校特征分析:智慧教育发展的视角 被引量:8

An Analysis of the Characteristics of National Exemplary Districts and Schools on Educational Informationization: A Perspective of Smarter Education Development

摘要 教育信息化是一个不断朝着智慧教育发展的过程,本文从智慧教育发展的视角对全国教育信息化示范区校建设情况进行分析。研究者收集整理了35个教育信息化示范区及54所教育信息化示范校的资料,通过专家评价法和内容分析法深入分析信息化基础设施建设、教育资源建设和智慧课堂建设三方面特征。研究发现:区域教育信息化发展水平与地区人均GDP和区域人均教育投入有很强的正相关,与地方公共财政收入和区域人口流入有一定的相关性。超过三成学校通过教育信息化建设成为智慧教育先行军;东西部学校在创客空间、智慧实验室和小组合作研创型智慧课堂建设上差异较为明显;大多数示范校对以习材为中心的教学资源建设重视不足。从教育信息化示范区校的梳理分析可以明显看到当前智慧教育的发展趋势:智慧课堂更加支持精准教学;智慧教师的精细化分工越来越明显;校园管理更加致力于精致文化。 Education informationization is a process of continuous development towards smarter education. This paper analyzed the formation and development of exemplary districts and schools in education informationization from the perspective of smarter education. The researchers collected data from 35 exemplary districts and 54 exemplary schools, and further analyzed three important characteristics of those exemplars(i.e., infrastructure development, educational resources development and smart classroom development) using expert evaluation and content analysis. It is found that the regional level of education informationization had a strong positive correlation with regional per-capita GDP and educational investments, and was also related to local public finance income and regional population inflow. Over thirty percent of the schools have become the leading force of smarter education through efforts in education informationization. There was a distinct difference between schools in the east and schools in the west in their development of maker spaces, smart laboratories and smart classrooms of collaborative inquiry. Most exemplary schools have paid inadequate attention to the development of educational resources. The study results reveal several important trends in smarter education development: the smart classroom can provide more support in precision teaching, more sophisticated division of smart teachers is needed for smarter education, and the management of campus is more committed to the cultivation of fine culture.
