摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,用盐酸对淀粉酸解降粘.用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)、十二烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)对酸解淀粉进行醚化和酯化反应制备季铵化-十二烯基琥珀酸酯化淀粉(QDS),采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对淀粉结构进行表征,探究亲、疏基取代度比例不同的季铵化-十二烯基琥珀酸酯化淀粉的浆液性能.结果表明,强化学环境易对淀粉颗粒造成破坏,醚化、酯化反应发生在颗粒表面.浆液的热粘度值与淀粉的变性程度有关,亲水基取代度大浆液的热粘度值大.亲水基取代度0.030,疏水基取代度0.014的季铵化-十二烯基琥珀酸酯化淀粉对纯棉、纯涤粗纱的黏附性能表现最优异.
Corn starch as a raw material was acid-hydrolyzed using hydrochloric acid.Quaternized and do-decenylsuccinated corn starch (QDS) was prepared by the quaternization of acid-hydrolyzed starch with N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (CHPTMA) and further dodecenylsuccina- tion with dodecenly succinic anhydride (DDSA).The QDS prepared was characterized by the Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Moreover, paste properties of QDS with different ratios of degree of substitution of hydrophilic substituents to that of hydrophobic ones were investigated. The experimental results showed that starch granules were damaged due to the strong chemical environment, and quaternization and dodecenylsuccination of corn starch occurred at the surface of theThe viscosity of cooked QDS paste was correlated with the level of the starch modification, and with the increase in the degree of substitution of hydrophilic substituents. When degrees of substitution of hydro-philic substituents and hydrophobic ones were 0.030 and 0.014 , respectively, the QDS showed the best adhesion to cotton and polyester roving.
