摘要
钙矾石是常用硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥的重要水化产物。系统总结和分析国内外较长时期以来有关钙矾石基本性质、形成条件、稳定性影响因素与作用发挥等方面的研究结果,讨论了钙矾石研究今后的热点和难点。认为钙矾石形成、稳定以及作用发挥与多种组分的供给平衡有关,即使与外界无组分交换,都难以长期控制钙矾石的形成或稳定;对于硅酸盐水泥,控制硫酸盐的供给可降低钙矾石的不利影响,而对于硫铝酸盐水泥,长期保持硫酸盐的供给则更为有利。
Ettringite is one of the important hydration products of Portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement. This paper reviewed the advances in ettringite researches with regard to the foundational characteristics, formation conditions, stability and function. The further hot topics and difficulties in ettringite research were also discussed. It is suggested that the formation, stability and function of ettringite could be related to the equilibrium between supplies of several components. Despite there is no exchange of component with the external environment, it is still difficult to control the formation or keep the stability of ettringite all the time. For Portland cement, it would decrease the negative effect of ettringite when controlling the sulphate supply, while keeping the supply of sulphate would favor sulphoaluminate cement.
