摘要
目的探讨温经汤对月经病实寒证患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体酮(P)、睾酮(T)的影响。方法选取90例月经病实寒证患者。按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用温经汤治疗,观察2组患者疗效,比较血清FSH、LH、E_2、P、T、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、子宫血流动力学指标变化。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FSH、LH、E_2显著高于对照组(P<0.05),5-HT显著低于对照组,β-EP显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PSV显著大于对照组,RI、PI显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤治疗月经病实寒证疗效显著,能够改善血清FSH、LH、E_2、P、T水平,可调节患者的内分泌紊乱。
ObjectiveTo explore effect of wenjing decoction on serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), progesterone Prog (P), testosterone (T) of patients with menopathy of excess cold syndrome. MethodsTotally 90 patients with menopathy of excess cold syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with wenjing decoction. The therapeutic effect, serum FSH, LH, E2, P, T, 5 HT, β EP, uterine hemodynamics of two groups after treatment were compared. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The FSH, LH, E2 level in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), 5 HT was significantly lower than the control group, and β EP was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). PSV in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, while RI and PI were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). ConclusionWenjing decoction is effective in treatment of patients with menopathy of excess cold syndrome, which can improve serum FSH, LH, E2, P, T levels and regulate the endocrine disorder.
