针对性护理干预措施对冠心病介入治疗患者术后并发症的预防效果

Preventive effect of target nursing intervention on postoperative complications of patients with coronary heart disease

目的分析针对性护理干预措施对冠心病介入治疗患者术后并发症的预防及效果。方法将本院接受冠心病介入治疗的90例患者根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。观察组患者实施针对性护理干预,对照组实施常规护理。观察2组患者术后并发症情况、焦虑抑郁评分、住院时间、生活自理时间以及生活质量。结果观察组患者术后并发症率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均有下降,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后住院时间和生活自理时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病介入治疗患者实施针对性护理干预可有效预防术后并发症,缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,缩短住院和生活自理时间,提高生活质量的作用,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of perioperative target nursing intervention on postoperative complications of patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease intervention were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with targeted care and the control group was treated with routine care. The postoperative complications,anxiety and depression scores,hospitalization time,self-care time and quality of life were observed. Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and observation group was significantly lower than that the control group( P < 0. 05); The time of hospitalization and the time of self-care in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05); Quality of life score after 3 months in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The targeted care intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can effectively prevent postoperative complications,alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,shorten the hospital and self-care time,improve the quality of life,so it is worth of promotion and application.
