美国自愿排除和解协议的内涵、特点及启示

Study on Connotation,Characteristics and Enlightenment of Voluntary Exclusion and Settlement Agreementin the US

签署自愿排除和解协议是美国研究诚信办公室(ORI:Office of Research Integrity)治理科研不端行为的一个特色做法。但迄今为止,未见国内学者对此做过系统性研究。通过对自愿排除和解协议进行文本研究和实践考察,分析了自愿排除和解协议的内涵和特点,提出了对我国的启示,旨在为我国科研不端治理模式创新和治理体系建设提供借鉴和启发。

The signing of the voluntary exclusion and settlement agreement is a feature of the Office of Research Integrity（ORI：Office of Research Integrity）in the United States.So far,no domestic scholars have done this study systematicly.Through the study of the voluntary exclusion and settlement agreement,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the agreement,and puts forward the enlightenment to our country,Which aims to provide reference and inspiration for the innovation and governance system construction of our country.
