Movies featuring cross-cultural conflict can provide audience with authentic situations and a coherent plot. They can also serve as an effective approach to research on cross-cultural communication as well as the organization of cross-cultural training programs. This paper selects the French comedy film Serial（Bad） Weddings（2014） as the study subject. In the movie,Claude Verneuil and his wife Marie are parents of 4 daughters. The couple and their 4 sons-in-law have experienced a series of cross-cultural conflicts. Through the transfer and analysis of the film script,we hope it can help readers to have a better understanding of cross-cultural conflict.
