摘要
本文根据本钢集团北营炼钢厂ER50-6钢生产设备及工艺,分析了ER50-6钢生产过程氮的主要来源,提出了防止ER50-6钢增氮的主要措施.通过加强各区域控制,氮含量平均降低15×10^(-6)、氧含量平均降低17×10^(-6);且夹杂物的尺寸也由最大的46μm下降为不超过15μm,数量也明显减少且可以弥散分布;晶粒度下降0.5,工艺优化后综合力学性能得到明显提高.
According to the production equipment and technology of the ER50 6 steel in Beiying Steel Mill of Benxi Steel Group, the main source of nitrogen during the production process of ER50 6 steel was analyzed,and the measures were put forward to prevent the increase of nitrogen in the ER50 6 steel.By strengthening the regional cintrol,nitrogen and oxygen content in mass fraction fell in average 15×10-6,17×10-6, respectively.And the inclusion size was decreased from the largest of 46 μm down to no more than 15 μm,with the number of them decreased significantly so that they could be dispersively distributed.The grain size decreased by 0 5. After the process optimization,the comprehensive performance of its mechanics got improved obviously.
