稀土Ce对CL50车轮钢显微组织和冲击性能的影响 被引量:1

The influence of Ce addition on microstructure and impact property of CL50 high-speed wheel steel

摘要 试验通过向CL50车轮钢添加稀土Ce,利用摆锤冲击试验机对不同Ce含量试验钢进行冲击试验,研究了添加稀土Ce后对CL50车轮钢的组织和冲击性能的影响.结果表明:当Ce含量为0.0091%时,试验钢冲击功由15.7 J提升到19.5 J,提高了24.2%.此时,晶粒尺寸最小,分布最均匀;断口解理面面积最小撕裂棱最多,解理面附近的韧窝最多并且比较细小. The experiment on the impact energy of testing steel was carried out by adding the rare earth cerium to CL50 wheel steel tostudy the influence of Ce addition on microstructure and impact property of CL50 high-speed wheel steel. The results show that the ad-dition of Ce could refine the microstructure of the wheel steel ,and the impact energy of the test steel was raised from 15. 7J to 19. 5 J. The addition of Ce could significantly improve the impact property of test steel.
