13CrNi_2Mo链条钢在电厂脱硫废水中的腐蚀行为

摘要 以国产捞渣机链条钢为实验材料,将其浸泡在由包头三电厂脱硫废水和渣水配制成的三种不同pH值(5.27、5.97和7.29)的混合溶液中.通过腐蚀浸泡实验、电化学实验等方法研究了国产链条钢在不同介质中的腐蚀规律.测试结果表明,在三种介质条件下,试样的腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间的延长都有所下降,并且在pH值为7.29的介质中链条钢的腐蚀速率最小. The domestic slag conveyor chain steel used as experiment material was immersed in the mixed solution of three different pH values ( 5.27, 5.97 and 7.29 ) in the desulfurization wastewater and slag water of Baotou Power Plant. In this experiment, the corrosion behavior of the domestic chain steel in different solutions was studied by means of metallographic experiment and electrochemical experiment.The measured self corrosion potential (Ecorr) map shows that the Ecorr value of the chain steel in the pH 7.29 medium is the largest in the whole cycle, indicating that the steel corrosion performance of the medium is the best.
