In recent years,the cultural industry in Jiangxi has made rapid progress with the rationalization. Meanwhile there are also problems of irrational and low-end industrial chain. It needs to upgrade cultural industry structure according to advantage of the unique cultural resource in Jiangxi. To realize the above goal,it needs to upgrade the cultural industry by measuring cost-benefit,keeping legal rights and interests,maintaining professional technology platform,cultivating interdisciplinary talents and introducing systematic and effective guarantee mechanism.
