人力管理实践,知识管理导向与企业绩效的研究

摘要 社会的不断发展以及经济发展速度的不断加快直接导致我国企业之间竞争变得愈加激烈。如今,众多企业为了提升其核心竞争力,已经开始逐渐汲取先进知识并引进高素质企业人才,而只有在结合了知识管理以及人力管理之后,企业才能够得到实质意义上的绩效发展。本文在阐述了相关概念之后进一步分析了人力管理实践对企业绩效的影响以及知识管理导向对企业绩效的影响,希望能够给相关的工作人员一定的启示。
