胸腔镜辅助肋骨骨折内固定术的研究进展

Research progress on thoracoscopic internal fixation of rib fractures

肋骨骨折是胸部外伤的常见类型。近年来手术治疗肋骨骨折逐渐被认可,胸腔镜辅助下肋骨骨折内固定术能够减轻患者疼痛、促进患者快速康复、减低并发症发生率。该文就肋骨骨折治疗进展共识、传统肋骨骨折手术、胸腔镜辅助手术在肋骨骨折中的应用等方面进行了综述。

Rib fracture is a common type of thoracic trauma. Recently,surgical treatment of rib frac-tures has been gradually accepted by thoracic surgeons. Thoracoscopic internal fixation of rib fracturelieve postoperative pain,promote rapid recovery and reduce the incidence of complications. In this paper,theconsensus upon therapeutic progress of rib fractures, and application of traditional and thoracoscopic surgerywee reviewed.
