摘要 研究集成电路制造行业主要的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放源及VOCs主要成分,并针对VOCs源头、过程控制与末端治理,提出切实有效的减排措施建议,为集成电路生产企业VOCs治理研究提供参考。
